We are looking for a few great guys to serve as Maroon Guards for the Planoettes for the 2025-2026 school year!
Planoette Appearances
The Planoettes are proud to support the community and PISD feeder schools by performing and volunteering at events throughout the year. Some of the events we participate in include:
- WFAA Back to School tv spot
- Morning Carpool Greeters
- Fine Arts Nights
- Pep Rallies
- Fall Festivals
- Spirit Nights
- School Assemblies
- Other PTA sponsored events
To request an appearance, please complete the request form linked below. Any additional questions can be directed to Caitlyn Doughterty via email caitlyn.dougherty@pisd.edu.
We kindly ask that requests be submitted at least three weeks in advance. The earlier the notice, the better we can accommodate your event.

Planoette Team Member/Parent Registration
We are pleased to be using Membership Toolkit to make it easy for parents and team members to get team-specific information and do many things online. For ALL PLANOETTE TEAM MEMBERS, PARENTS AND DIRECTORS, you will need to register ONE TIME in order to see the team-only pages (such as the Team Google calendar and Booster Club forms). Please just follow these easy steps:
- If you have an account from another school that uses Membership Toolkit, select "Returning User" and you can use the same login email and password in the Returning User box. Then proceed to
Complete the Parent/Family and Student Information forms.
Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences.
Complete any further forms.
- If you don't already have a Membership Toolkit account, select "New User" and "Create Account" and fill in the name, email, and password information.
- Click "verify my email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.
- Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process below.
Complete the Parent/Family and Student Information forms.
Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences.
Complete any further forms.
